The original was presumably worn between 150 and 250 AD. The reproduction is crafted from steel and decorated with brass. The helmet features a broad eyebrow plate and shoulder plate, which is typical of Roman helmets from this period. It is supplied with a cotton arming cap and is well suited to head circumferences of up to 60 cm. It weighs approximately 2 kg.
